We meet at your site or over a call. You share your vision — the home you want, the land you're working with, the architect you're considering. We listen. No pitch, no pressure. If there's a fit, we move forward. If there's not, we'll tell you.
Design & Planning
Whether we're working from your architect's plans or helping you develop the design, we collaborate closely through every decision. You'll have direct access to Tristan — no layers, no gatekeepers. We finalise scope, timeline, and investment before a single trade sets foot on site.
Build & Handover
Construction begins. Tristan is on your site weekly. You get direct updates — not filtered through a coordinator. When the build is complete, we walk through every detail together before handover. And we're still a phone call away after you move in.

We'll give you a clear, detailed quote after our initial consultation — no surprises, no hidden costs.

Our project timeline depends on when the next slot opens. Typically, from contract to completion, builds run 12-18 months. We recommend starting the conversation early — even if you're 6-12 months away from being ready, that's the right time to talk.
